    Can DMCA the code, can't DMCA the prompts and context that get you the code, locally generated.

    They don't care. This is free money to the lawyers.

    The next step is that they will go and use world models on the real (never released) game and give you a simulated stream of it to you so that there is no code to breach and they will do the prompting on their IP.
