    I suppose I'm a bit biased, and I do wholeheartedly believe in good competition, and I don't see where in this article the real problem is (seems nobody does), buuuuuut... Would it at all have been better for the manufacturer of the satellites to have been the ones writing the control software? Or if they were tasked with designing them such that a third party could write control software, shouldn't there be a bit of finger pointing to the manufacturer?
